Dynamic Contract Furniture has its own large purpose-built factory in Nottingham with the capabilities to manufacture bespoke items of furniture as well as producing some of our standard product ranges. With our in-house polishing, upholstery and manufacturing departments, we create a huge range of dining chairs, barstools, armchairs, lounge chairs, sofas, tables, cabinets, benches, bespoke banquette seating and other fixed seating solutions, bars and case goods for a huge range of commercial settings. Sushi Samba Heron Tower London is located on the 38th and 39th floors of the Heron Tower at 110 Bishopsgate. It celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru whilst overlooking the amazing 360-degree views of central London through the panoramic glass windows. What is meant by contract furniture?
‘Contract furniture’ is simply furniture designed for commercial environments. These high-footfall spaces are more demanding and thus require contract-grade furniture made with durability in mind, so it uses superior materials and construction techniques compared to domestic residential furniture.
Is contract-grade furniture worth it?
Contract furniture is required by law in most hospitality environments because this furniture must comply with a wide range of exacting health and safety standards that general furniture may not meet. In addition, after the initial outlay for contract-grade furniture, its reliability and durability often offset the initial cost, significantly extending its operational life. This mitigates many repair and replacement costs further down the line.

Does your furniture meet UK hospitality safety regulations?
All our products are manufactured and designed for commercial use and UK fire regulations. We use CMHR foams and Crib 5 fabrics.
Can I upholster chairs in fabrics other than those found on the website?
We work closely with interior designers and architects on each project and can manufacture all our contract furniture to your own specifications, so we can use any commercial fabrics for your furniture.
Do you have a showroom?
We are keen to always offer the most cost-effective solutions for our clients. We feel that expensive showrooms that attract high rents, which we would then have to pass on to the end client, does not represent good value. Moreover, we feel that a comprehensive website combined with the expert advice that our customer care team offers is generally considered to be more than adequate for most client specifications that they typically request. However, we can also offer mock-ups for more elaborate schemes.
