Malmaison Newcastle is a landmark boutique hotel located on the city’s Quayside. As part of a major investment programme, 122 bedrooms were redesigned to deliver a refreshed and contemporary guest experience while maintaining the brand’s distinctive identity.

This required detailed planning, clear communication and strict programme management to ensure seamless integration with the wider refurbishment works while minimising disruption to hotel guests and staff.
